Wedding Second Shooting

About me

My name is Carson Suttle and I am a college-aged photographer based out of two locations! During the school year (Aug-Apr) I am based out of Salt Lake City, Utah and in the summer I am based out of my hometown Traverse City, Michigan! I'm a huge travel lover and studied/lived in both South Korea and Spain for 4 months each, and have travelled all across Southeast Asia and Europe.

I have been shooting for over 7 years, where I started my photography as a sophomore in high school! Since then, I have shot multiple weddings on my own and have second shot more than a dozen times! I primarily shoot couples, seniors, and families (since it's less editing while in school), BUT I also love to lead shoot weddings when my school workload allows me!

As a second-shooter, I like to let the lead photographer do the posing, but also give some of my ideas for a variety of shots! I love to "bounce" around and get unique angles to complement the "main" shot that you (the lead photog) captures!

I am comfortable shooting the groomsmen solo and capturing posed/candid getting ready photos and group/individual photos! I have shot at numerous venues, ranging from bright outdoors to dark and moody churches! My style tends to lean editorial and documentary, while shooting and editing!

I generally charge a second shooting fee of ~$65 and associate shooting fee of ~$100 but willing to negotiate to fit your budget!
